Sportsbook usernames, passwords, codes, and access stay outside Kelley Bets.
Authentication and entitlement are enforced by server session.
Optional personal entries stay in the browser unless exported.
Payment details flow to the merchant of record; public message or ticket intake is unavailable.
Kelley Bets does not ask for sportsbook usernames, passwords, two-factor codes, or account access.

Billing for full membership is handled by a merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy). Kelley Bets does not itself collect or store card, bank, wallet, or other payment details.
Payment data entered at checkout flows to the processor, which manages charges and recurring enrollment.
Record is an optional personal tracker stored in the browser. Its saved entries stay in that browser unless the user exports them.
Sportsbook account data is not required for Kelley Bets to publish research or picks.
Dated Insights notes and methodology pages may be corrected or clarified for accuracy.
No public message, ticket, or support intake is currently configured.
Do not send sportsbook credentials, payment secrets, account logins, or private betting account information.
View Contact RoutingWhen a verified account without active trial or full access is shown the membership gate, Kelley Bets records the account id and the time, so it knows when to offer membership. These rows are retained 7 days.
Sign-in recency is used to decide which account emails a member receives.
Account lifecycle emails — welcome, getting-started, membership-offer, and win-back — go to the account email address. Every non-essential email includes an opt-out link.
Email delivery is processed by Resend, which receives member email addresses. Lemon Squeezy remains the payment processor.
